Ideal For Cannabis Investors

Are you interested in getting into the Cannabis business or would like to educate fellow cannabis investors? On our Cannabis Industry Insider Tour, we will provide you with a comprehensive education of the Colorado Cannabis Industry from its inception to where we are today. Our expert guides will take you through the highest quality cultivation facilities, extraction labs, and dispensaries, highlighting the business models and why they have achieved a longstanding place in the Colorado market. We will cover changing regulations, successful and unsuccessful business models, branding, and more. This tour is ideal for cannabis investors.

If you are interested in seeing multiple cultivation facilities, we are happy to accommodate them over the course of multiple days. Out of respect for the facilities, and to prevent cross-contamination or pollination, we do not tour multiple grows in a single day.

ITINERARY: 3 – 3.5hrs

• Pick up from Denver-based lodging location* OR from the City Sessions’ Office
• Cannabis business overview in the City Sessions’ Lounge
• Walkthrough a commercial grow facility to see and learn the process of cultivating cannabis from clone to cure (or its full lifecycle)
• Walkthrough a butane extraction facility to see and learn the process of making butane extracted concentrates (wax, budder, live resin)
• Stop at a dispensary to review the business model and product line
• Second dispensary stop to review the business model (if time permits)
• Return to lodging location

SECOND DAY (3-3.5hrs) or EXTENDED ITINERARY (6-6.5hrs):

• (Day 2 option only) Walkthrough a different commercial cultivation facility
• Dispensary stops to review business models and product lines
• Walkthrough a state-of-the-art edible production facility

START TIMES: 
Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 2:30 pm (Open to special requests)

RATES (half day):
$550 for one
$650 for two
+ $100 per additional person

RATES (full day):
$1000 for one
$1200 for two + $150 per additional after the 2nd

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID to participate
• Out of state temporary paperwork will not be accepted at the dispensary
• Passport or green card required for guests from outside the US
• Cash required to purchase the product at most dispensaries. ATM’s available onsite
