Head to Park Hill for an unforgettable dining experience at Bistro Barbès. Chef Jon Robbins, former chef of Mizuna and of pop-up restaurant Gypsy Kitchen, truly shines in his own space. What an experience! It all started with the ease of parking. The casual, charming restaurant was inviting and unpretentious. The staff provided top-notch service and the cuisine was superb, reminding me of a food journey unique to the chef himself. The French menu, featuring North African and Middle Eastern flavors, left the City Sessions crew feeling satisfied. We can attest that the entire menu is spot-on delicious, WE TRIED IT ALL!
