Now that fall has begun, everyone is going to want to show off their secret chili recipes and Denver’s firefighters are no exception, this Friday, September 30th, is the 29th Annual Firefighter Chili Cook-off at Larimer Square in downtown Denver from 11am till 2pm! This weekend will also be the first weekend of the Denver Beer Fest that will begin on Friday, September 30th and will continue through till Sunday, October 8th. There will be dozens of events going on around the 100 brewpubs, breweries, restaurants and tap-houses in the Denver Metro area including Midnight beer breakfast, beer bike rides, brewery tours, beer quizzes and tap takeovers.
