Matthew Behr is a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in Denver, CO. The body is inherently self-healing when we can give ourselves the time and the space to rest and relax; the intention of his practice is to facilitate rejuvenation by this avenue. Drawing awareness back to the breath and approaching the massage as a blank canvas, it is his goal to respectfully support holistic wellness within the scope of his practice.
The style of massage integrates elements of Myofascial Release, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Shiatsu into the session to facilitate relaxation and rejuvenation.
